About Us

  grew up in a family of 10. We had limited resources and lived a modest lifestyle. We were fortunate to be blessed with an abundance of love. My mother was an excellent cook, and she created wonderful and delicious dishes from the limited resources available. Her creativity with food could be compared to the way an artist takes you to far away places using a blank canvas and a paint brush.

Our company’s name, Sally’s Biscuits is a tribute to my mother, her nickname was Sally. Of the many creative items she prepared for us the one that is featured on our website, and is the spring board to the launch of our company is the colorful and delicious Kokie. My mother created the Kokie using products readily available in our home. When she would prepare and cook Kokies for us the aroma generated while baking in the oven made everyone happy. We would perk up with wonder and excitement. Each member of the family would gather in the kitchen waiting for the Kokies to emerge from the oven, wanting to be first to taste them.

The Kokie is versatile. Treat yourself for any reason or any occasion the same way my family did. We had Kokie’s for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and afternoon and midnight snack. We had a Kokie with coffee, tea, jelly, or jam, with various cheeses, or butter. Of course, the Kokie even fairs well when featured all alone.

Our Kokie is the perfect product for us to use to introduce you to Sally’s Biscuits, the company. We are new, and the Kokie is new to you. Sally’s Biscuits is fresh on the scene. The Kokie will always be delivered fresh, that is our promise to you; and you can experience our product the same way mother made it for us.
